1) About Travon
Travon is a travel organizer app that helps you create trips, store bookings and documents,
manage plans and notes, and collaborate with others.
Some features may require an account, internet connection, or a paid subscription.
2) Eligibility
You must be allowed to use Travon under the laws of your country and the rules of the app stores
from which you download Travon. If you use Travon on behalf of an organization, you represent
that you have authority to do so.
3) Accounts
If a feature requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4) Your content
Travon may let you create and store content such as trip names, notes, bookings, and attachments
(for example PDFs or images). You retain ownership of your content.
To operate Travon, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, display, and transmit your content solely for providing and improving the service (including syncing across devices, collaboration features, document processing, and AI-assisted extraction of travel-related information).
Automatically extracted or AI-assisted information may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by you. You remain responsible for verifying important travel details such as bookings, schedules, visas, and documents.
You confirm you have the rights to upload or share any content you provide, including travel documents.

6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use Travon for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell Travon except where permitted by law.
• Access or attempt to access non-public systems or data.
• Use Travon in a way that violates the rights of others (including privacy and intellectual property).
• Use Travon for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell Travon except where permitted by law.
• Access or attempt to access non-public systems or data.
• Use Travon in a way that violates the rights of others (including privacy and intellectual property).
7) Subscriptions and purchases
Travon may offer paid features through subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Google Play
and/or the App Store.
Subscription details, including price, billing cycle, trial availability, renewal, and cancellation terms, are shown before purchase and are governed by the applicable app store’s terms and policies.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings. We may provide paid feature access based on your current subscription entitlement as reported by the app store and/or our servers.

We work hard to keep Travon available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for security, maintenance,
or product improvements. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
9) Export and compliance
You agree not to use Travon in violation of applicable export control,
sanctions, or trade laws.
10) Third-party services
Travon may integrate with third-party services (for example: app stores for billing, email providers, analytics,
crash reporting, or map/weather/flight data services). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.
11) Disclaimers
Travon is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
and non-infringement.
Travon may help organize travel information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data, automatically extracted information, or AI-assisted results.

12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travon and its operators will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits,
revenue, data, goodwill, travel arrangements, or business opportunities arising from your use
of the service.
This includes losses related to missed trips, booking issues, inaccurate travel information, unavailable services, or document-processing errors.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Travon will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for Travon during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13) Termination
You may stop using Travon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you
violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.
You can request account deletion via Privacy Policy instructions or by emailing support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless local consumer protection laws
in your country require otherwise.
